Three people, which included two staff members, sustained minor injuries when a portion of the ceiling inside the Karaglen SuperSpar in Edenvale collapsed this afternoon.

Lieutenant Colonel Robbie Roberts, from the Edenvale SAPS, and representatives from Emer-G-Med, expressed their belief that it was not a structural collapse.

Mr Harry Karamichael, from Karaglen SuperSpar, confirmed that the store is closed until further notice.
