Team Avengers elected to bat first in the match umpired by Errol Mclean. Opening batsmen Jeremy Newton made 22 runs off 21 balls, with Martin de Bruyn making 25 runs off 20 balls.
An on-fire Got Cha LMS team ran rampant, beating Team Avengers by eight wickets in a recent division one fixture of the Last Man Stands (LMS) tournament.
The match was played at Elandspark High School on Saturday, April 19.

Batsman Andrew Tak managed to improve his side’s runs after making 18 off 25 balls.
Team Avengers managed a total of 84 for seven wickets after 20.
It took the two opening batsmen of Got Cha only 10.2 overs to secure the victory. Batsmen Michael Langlois made 50 runs from 32 balls and Timothy Kraft made 36 runs off 23 balls.
Team Avengers will take on the One Hit Wonders CC side at Jeppe Quondam Club at 6pm in the next fixture on Saturday, May 3.
Got Cha will take on Gangnam Style in their next fixture of the competition at Jeppe Quondam Club on Friday, May 2, at 6pm.
