Piston Club celebrates British cars

The cars presented on the day were themed around British motoring and offered entertainment, various foods, beverages and antique flea markets.

The Piston Car Club gathering was held on February 16 at the Modderfontein grounds.

Mr Frank Rundle, the chairman of the Piston Car Club said, “We as the Piston Car Club meet once a month and every meeting has a feature theme. The theme today was cars of British manufacture. The day has been vibrant, with a good crowd and the grounds are full of British cars.”

The next Piston Club meeting is on Sunday, March 16 and will revolve around the theme of old car spares. All community members interested in classic cars are invited.
