Two suspects were arrest for being in possession of computers stolen during a house robbery in Bedfordview, near the N3 freeway.
The suspects were arrested during the early hours of Thursday morning, November 28. According to the Bedfordview SAPS communications officer, Sergeant Mduduzi Nhlabathi, “The men were arrested when a patrolling officer spotted the suspects’ white Toyota Condor driving slowly with the hazard lights on.”
The suspects accelerated when the officer approached the vehicle.
“The officer pursued the suspects, caught up to the vehicle and stopped them. He then arrested the two suspects. On investigating the vehicle, the officer found stolen computers from a house robbery,” said Sgt Nhlabathi.
The suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
