Singers strut their stuff
Karaoke singers recently took to the stage to strut their stuff in the hope of qualifying for the semi-finals of the Karaglen Karaoke Star competition.
75 talented karaoke singers sang over two nights in the quarterfinals of the competition.

54 hopeful singers have qualified for the semi-finals in November.
The competition forms part of the Tiles 4 Change campaign, which will culminate in a super-star final in December.
During July and August, hundreds of hopeful karaoke singers took to the stage for their shot at the grand prize of R50 000.
The semi-finals will take place in November at the Dries Klopper Hall in Klopper Park.
Funds raised through the karaoke competition, ticket sales and other events held until the final will be donated to various charities.
At the finals in December, one talented karaoke singer will walk away with R50 000.
The competition forms part of the Tiles 4 Change campaign and funds raised during the event will go towards various charities as well as drug prevention in Edenvale’s schools.
