The end of this relationship saw the GPDRT take back ownership of and attend to defective traffic signals along provincial roads.

The department has encouraged motorists to report defective traffic signals by sending an email to TrafficSignals@gauteng.gov.za

The turnaround time for the repairs is 14 days.

Motorists are urged to treat affected intersections as four-way stops.
