Edenglen High selects drum majorette leaders
All leaders play a very important and specific role at Edenglen the Blues drum majorettes team.

All leaders play a very important and specific role as part of the Blues drum majorettes.
Flag, subbie and rifle leaders are responsible for ensuring each of their sections is ready to compete and all drummies are confident in their routines.

Flag leader is Unathi Mahlangu, subbie leader is Victoria Thobejane, while Rifle leader is Nicole Munnik.
Large drill and small drill leaders are judged separately from the rest of the team during the competition.
While still marching with a mace, their skill is different to that of the subbie group.
Large drill leader is Caitlin Cheary, while small drill leader is Mmathapelo Seletela.
The Blues will be competing in their first drill competition since 2020.
