Charity shop desperately needs donations

Little Eden Society's charity shop appealed to community members for donations as the pandemic continues to take its toll on the organisation

Little Eden Society’s charity shop appealed to community members for donations as the pandemic continues to take its toll on the organisation.

Over the course of lockdown, the store noticed a decrease in the number of donations received.

“Because of this, the shop is not able to meet demand,” said Nichollette Muthige, Litlle Eden public relations and communications officer.

“We are calling on community members, learners and schools to assist by donating good quality clothing to the shop.”

Clothing items are the shop’s best sellers.
