Edenvale Police Station closed for decontamination after Covid-19 positive test

The station is operating from New Day Church in Edenvale

The Edenvale Police Station is currently undergoing decontamination after an officer at the station tested positive for Covid-19.

The case was confirmed by Gauteng SAPS spokesperson Colonel Noxolo Kweza.

Confirmation of the positive case was handed to management at the station yesterday.

“The station should be operational again tomorrow,” Col Kweza told the NEWS.

The station is operating from New Day Church hall at 129 12th Avenue in Edenvale.
