Bedfordview celebrates Easter
Sharon added that the community also set aside additional eggs, which will be distributed to Child Welfare Edenvale by the Cubs and community members on April 18.
The Bedfordview community in conjunction with 1st Bedfordview Scout Group had an Easter egg hunt and market day at the local Disa Road Park on April 14.
“The idea behind the event was to get to know your neighbours in a fun environment. While the children could enjoy the local park and hunt for Easter eggs, the adults could enjoy socialising with others in their community and enjoy the market,” said Sharon Kroon, a Bedfordview resident.
Sharon added that the community also set aside additional eggs, which will be distributed to Child Welfare Edenvale by the Cubs and community members on April 18.
