Honest learners from Eastleigh Primary praised by Bedfordview Primary principal
They were speechless when they saw the honesty displayed by the Eastleigh learners.
Eastleigh Primary School’s commonwealth cricket team recently played a cricket match at Bedfordview Primary School.

During the match, Eastleigh learners spotted an unattended cellphone and took it to a Bedfordview primary parent.
Later that day the boy who had lost the phone informed the principal of Bedfordview Primary School, Gregory Bryant.
Once the learner informed Bryant they began reviewing security footage.
Belinda Cooke-Tonnesen, principal of Eastleigh Primary said both schools were pleased with the honesty displayed by the Eastleigh learners.
“Bryant phoned me to congratulate our school on this act of decency and honesty,” said Cooke-Tonnesen.
