Residents are urged to take note of minor changes to the areas covered by the Edenvale SAPS sector vehicles.
As of December 2014, the Edenvale SAPS no longer cover the area running past Edenvale Hospital.
This area is now patrolled by the Sandringham SAPS.
The jurisdiction of the Edenvale SAPS also now ends at the Linksfield Road intersection with the N3 highway which means that the Linksfield area from Club Street as well as the N3 highway is now also covered by the Sandringham SAPS.
Edenglen residents who reside to the north of Harris Road are asked to take note that the area is now covered by the Sebenza SAPS.
This means that residents who reside in the vicinity of the Sebenza Police Station now fall under Sebenza.
The Isandovale and Illiondale areas are still however covered by the Edenvale SAPS.

Residents who live or work in Edleen and Esther Park fall under Sebenza SAPS Sector 1. The vehicle for the area can be contacted on 071 675 6794.
Residents who live and work in Croydon, Cresslawn, Spartan ext 7 and Kelvin Power Station fall under Sebenza SAPS Sector 2. The vehicle for the area can be contacted on 071 076 6795.
Residents who live and work in the Edenglen area closest to the Sebenza Police Station, the Sebenza industrial, Spartan and the Founders View areas fall under Sebenza SAPS Sector 3. The vehicle for the area can be contacted on 071 675 6799.
Residents who live and work in the Modderfontein, Long Meadow and the Juksei View areas fall under Sebenza SAPS Sector 4. The vehicle for the area can be contacted on 071 675 6801.
Edenvale SAPS sector vehicle numbers:
Edenvale residents living or working in Marais Steyn Park, Dowerglen, Dunvegan, Elma Park or the part of the Avenues from Horwood Street to Hendrik Potgieter Street fall under Sector 1. The Edenvale Hospital and the Sizwe Hospital also fall under Sector 1. The Sector 1 vehicle contact numbers are 071 675 6840 and 071 675 6841.
Edenvale residents living or working in Greenstone, Eastleigh, Illiondale, De Klerk’s Hof and the part of the Avenues from Hendrik Potgieter Street to Aitken Road fall under Sector 2. The Sector 2 vehicle contact numbers are 071 675 6842 and 071 675 6843.
Edenvale residents living or working in Isandovale, Harmelia, Highway Gardens, Edenglen or Hurlyvale fall under Sector 3. The Sector 3 vehicle contact numbers are 071 675 6844 or 071 675 6845.
