Bedfordview and Edenvale News and Edenvale Radio join hands
This morning's Edenvale Radio interview with the Bedfordview and Edenvale News was part of a new collaboration between the two community minded organisations.
Bedfordview and Edenvale News Editor, Marietta Lombard and Online Editor and Edenvale Journalist, Charmaine Slater were interviewed on Edenvale Radio this morning.
The interview was part of a new collaboration between the two community minded organisations.
“As with our online product we want to create a working synergy with Edenvale Radio to extend our reach,” said Mrs Lombard.
She added that the NEWS will feature on the radio station every Wednesday morning.
“During the weekly Wednesday radio interview we will be discussing the front page article for the week. We will also be highlighting various events taking place in the community and other must-read stories,” Mrs Lombard said.
“This partnership is one which will reach more of the community and we look forward to working with the NEWS,” said Mr Roarke Lessing, station manager for Edenvale Radio.
Looking to the future, Edenvale Radio will cross live to journalists working on breaking news stories to give residents live updates on news events in the area.
