The Koleos which belongs to Renault’s high-end line-up, for the most part, stayed the same with the recent update. Renault did, however, add a Handsfree Power Tailgate, this allows the user to open and close the tailgate by use of the remote key. Access to the 464-litre boot can also be obtained by merely placing your foot underneath the rear bumper which will automatically open and close the boot lid should you not be able to press the switch situated in the boot lid.
Another addition comes in the form of an Electronic Parking Brake, activated once the engine is switched completely off in place of a manual footbrake. Once the computers notice a change to the engine torque or elevation, the brake will release accordingly.
The latest Renault Koleos comes standard with a 5-year / 150 000km mechanical warranty and a 5-year / 90 000km service plan and a 6-year anti-corrosion warranty, with service intervals at 15 000km.
