Huawei Joburg Day in the Park 2017 is just around the corner and is expected to be an explosive music extravaganza for the entire family.
Some of Joburg’s hottest acts will take to the stage on 2 April in Emmarentia, including Goldfish, Afro-pop sensations Mafikizolo and The Soil, as well as the smooth sounds of Jeremy Loops, Locnville, Black Motion and more.
On the day, Park and Ride vehicles, Uber taxis, as well as local Tuk Tuks, private cabs and the Gautrain will all be necessary due to parking constraints and to minimise traffic.
Gates open at 9am and the concert ends at 6pm giving folks little in the way of excuses for missing the fanfare.
Since the event will take place in a residential area, organisers have taken the necessary precautions to keep noise to a minimum.
