BET Experience Africa is set to be a spectacular global celebration of urban culture, music and lifestyle.
Making its African debut on 12 December, the entertainment channel will provide the perfect kickoff to the summer season, taking over the Ticketpro Dome for a non-stop, jam-packed entertainment fest, bringing together lovers of urban culture and music.
Inspiring, immersive and hugely entertaining, the festival will feature stunning live performances on a central sound stage, while stand-up routines from comedy stars will keep the audience laughing, not to mention that they can catch the fun-filled celebrity basketball game that will also be taking place.
And that’s not all, fashionistas will revel in the fashion and beauty catwalk and get the chance to check out the hottest trends on the sneaker scene. This will be followed by a Genius Talk curated by experts and opinion leaders in various fields.
The day will be rounded off with performances by superstar artists and headlined by Grammy Award-winning R&B musician, Maxwell, alongside other international and African performers.
Other artists who will be performing in the concert will be announced at a later date.
