South Africa’s PSL hosts its counterparts from Botswana

JOBURG - The Premier Soccer Leagues hosts some visitors from the Botswana Premier League.

 

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) hosted a delegation from the Botswana Premier League on 7 February.

According to a PSL statement, the visit was part of a knowledge exchange between the two leagues in an effort to advance the standard of football in both countries.

The delegation spent the better part of the afternoon at the PSL headquarters in Parktown, getting to understand how the South African elite football league operates and the lessons that can be learnt.

Thereafter, they were whisked away to watch the Nedbank Cup fixture between Bidvest Wits and Cape Town City, where they also embarked on a behind the scenes tour to familiarise themselves with the running of the game in South Africa.
