Proteas launch new sponsorship deal
MELROSE- Cricket South Africa (CSA) welcomed New Balance as its official apparel and footwear supplier for the next five years at a launch held at Prescopeco in Melrose.
The agreement grants New Balance exclusivity as the official apparel supplier of the team’s kit and products to CSA. The contract runs from 1 May to 30 April 2020.
CSA also announced that coach Russel Domingo and team manager Dr Mohammed Moosajee had their contracts renewed until 2017. The board also announced the appointment of Charl Langervelt as the new bowling coach following the surprise resignation of Allan Donald in May.
“New Balance is a perfect fit for the world’s No. 1 ranked test team, and we look forward to a fruitful and happy relationship over the next five years,” said CSA chief executive Haroon Lorgat.
