The Alexandra Northrand Local Football Association will honour its longest serving football administrator, the late Phillemon Molepo.
Popularly known as Ntate Molepo to the Alex football fraternity, he will be honoured with a tournament in his name to be known as Ntate Molepo Tournament. The tournament will be launched on 17 February.
It will feature teams in the various age categories from U10, U13, U15, U17, U20, Seniors and Masters. All the divisions will have 16 teams participating.
The preliminaries will take place on the weekend of the 14 and 15 February and the last 16 stages of U10 to U20s will start on the weekend of 21 February. A full fixture list will be provided during the draw to be conducted at the launch at the Alex Stadium.
