The Social Development Department writes:
The Department of Social Development is looking for the mother of Kgeto Ostern Dibakoane, born on 7 October 2002 who was previously living with his grandmother Elsy Paulina Mkhubela in Alexandra.
The identity and current whereabouts of his mother are unknown and she is sought to complete the foster process of the child. Boitumelo Lekgwakgwa, born on 15 October 2009 and whose late mother was Tebogo Lekgwakgwa who passed away on 6 May 2011, is looking for her unknown father.
Boitumelo currently resides with her grandmother Miriam Ledwaba in Alexandra. The identity and whereabouts of the father are unknown.
