Alexandra’s up-and-coming amapiano Xitsonga and hip-hop artist Muhluri Mabaza, popularly known in the music industry as Victor Matoto, is calling on his followers to vote for him in the upcoming KZN Namuhla Artists Awards.
Matoto (24) has been nominated for two categories in the awards, Best Hip Hop Newcomer and Best Hip Hop Male Artist. The event will take place on Heritage Day (September 24).
The voting lines are open and Matoto urges his followers to vote for him by SMSing KZN Hip Hop Best Male – Victor Matoto and KZN Hip Hop Best Newcomer – Victor Matoto to 40439 and the SMS will cost them R2.
“I urge my followers to vote in their numbers for me before the vote lines close on September 11,” said Matoto, who has been in the music business since 2012. “Your votes and support will be highly appreciated.”
