Sbosh Body Core founder Sbongile ‘Sbosh’ Tshabalala said, “I chose to host the aerobics session on June 15 because I wanted to do something positive and meaningful to commemorate Youth Day.
“June 16 is a special day on the calendar, where we commemorate the sacrifices of many who fought for equality and human rights in South Africa. Families lost loved ones during this struggle, and we must honour their memories by doing something positive and uplifting.”
