SAPS will host an auction in Alex
Johannesburg North Sub-District police cluster will auction state-owned property.
Johannesburg North Sub-District SAPS has changed the date of an auction that will be held at 222- 2nd Avenue (Old Alexandra Police Station) to May 10 from 09:00.
The items at the auction will still include ladders, steel door frames, welding machines, surveillance cameras, couches, etc.
“We do an auction in order to sell the items or properties belonging to the state but which are no longer in use or properties forfeited to the state and the money accumulated will go to the state,” Captain Molefe Mogodi from Bramley SAPS said.
Other areas in the sub-district that will be jointly in an auction are Bramley, Sandringham, and Sandton police stations.
