Alexandra police are searching for a man armed who allegedly shot and killed a fellow township resident, Tinyiko Edgar Mathebula on 24 April.
According to Alexandra Police Station spokesperson, Sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha, the aunt of the deceased, Gugu Ramatsebe said her nephew was at a party in Tsutsunami when he got in a fight with another man.
“The alleged suspect, who is still at large, left for a while but returned shortly with a firearm and shot the deceased in the neck and fled in a silver-grey Audi. The deceased was rushed to Masakhane Clinic for medical treatment but died on arrival, “ Mbatha said.
