The organisation’s communications officer Tiisetso Matsheletja thanked the department for the donation, saying it would go a long way to put some smiles on the members’ faces who have been severely affected by the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown that resulted in job losses.

“Some of the people who lost their jobs were breadwinners for these members and life has been very tough for them. We hope the department can do the same for other organisations that look after the less fortunate,” she said.
