Bramley View residents mourn sudden death of Ntate Selolo

BRAMLEY VIEW – Details of his death and burial will be communicated as soon as they're available.


The family and the entire community of Bramley and Lombardy West and Alexandra are mourning the untimely passing of Moss Selolo who will be sorely missed for his work in the community and as former long-serving president and later life president of the Alex Northrand Local Football Association.

Ntate Selolo, who is known for his hard work in the development of the community, passed away early in the morning on 10 January after a short illness as confirmed by the family.

Selolo, from Bramley View suburb on Crescent Road, was a prominent figure in the community and also participated in various community development projects to uplift the society.

His work includes liaison officer of Lombardy West Bramley View Residents’ Association which he served for a number of years.

Selolo was president of the Ale Northrand LFA for many years and will be greatly missed for his contribution to the development of the sport in Alex and the Northrand areas.

Details around his death have not been made available as yet nor those of his final resting place.
