Cappy to break Guinness world record for most people eating breakfast in bed

JOBURG – Cappy looking forward to breaking the world Guinness world record for most people eating breakfast in bed.

The newly launched 100 per cent fruit juice, Cappy by Coca-Cola is calling on community members to join the Cappy event as it prepares to break the Guinness world record for the most people eating breakfast in bed.

According to Coca-Cola, the current world record for the most people eating breakfast in bed is 418 and was achieved by Sheraton Langfang Chaobai River Hotel (China), in Langfang, Hebei, China on 16 August 2015. Cappy has taken the challenge to beat this world record on 30 March this year with the help of everyone bringing whoever they regard as family with them on that morning.

The Cappy event will take place at The Sheds, 1 Fox Street and starts at 9am to 12 noon. Everyone who will attend the event needs to be registered on the link provided below.

Consumer Involvement

The general public can enter by sending us a photo of their ‘family or Cappy crew’ along with a bit of a write up of who this family is.

The family can consist of two parents and their kids, partners, or friends that are family. Anything goes. People will then book a bed for them and their family by sending us their names and ID numbers. As guests arrive their family names will be printed on the bed board along with the bed number.

Please also encourage your followers to register themselves on the link below if they want to take part on the day:
