Police spokesperson Captain Allie Kodisang said the incident occurred mid-morning on 2 March at the intersection of 3rd and Alfred Nzo avenues. The suspect stopped the victim and asked if she knew of a woman who wanted his prophetic services for her problem. The victim claimed to have been talking to the suspect when another man came and was also asked by the prophet about the woman he was looking for. Instead, the man asked to be assisted as well. He was asked to go fetch small stones and leave his wallet and cell phone with the woman. After bringing the stones, the prophet performed his miracles with unspecified results.
