Victim dumped at police station after allegedly being beaten

ALEXANDRA – Suspects drive their victim to police station.

 

Alex police are investigating a case of alleged grievous bodily harm committed by three suspects who disappeared after allegedly dumping a victim at Alex Police Station.

The incident occurred at 6pm on 1 October.

Spokesperson for Alex Police Station, Captain Allie Kodisang said the trio allegedly bumped and damaged the victim’s vehicle which was parked behind their Toyota Corolla on 5th Avenue. This as they reversed to drive away.

The victim got out of his vehicle of undisclosed make to inspect the damage. When he was about to take pictures of the damage on the front fender and driver’s door, the suspects also got out of their vehicle and assaulted him.

One of them allegedly hit him on the head with a beer bottle. Another took the victim’s vehicle keys and the others forced him into their car and drove in both vehicles to the police station where they gave him his vehicle and drove off.
