Man stabs neighbour over parking spot

ALEXANDRA – Man fed up with neighbour and allegedly stabs him over parking spot.

A suspect was arrested by Alex police officers for allegedly stabbing his neighbour after arguing over a parking spot.

The victim allegedly sustained wounds to the chest and left shoulder and was treated at Brenthurst Clinic.

The spokesperson for Alex Police Station, Lieutenant Allie Kodisang said the incident happened at about 10pm on 12 February at a residence on 5th Avenue.

After arguing, the accused allegedly threatened the victim that he would have his revenge for the suspect ill-treating him. He went to his home and returned with a knife which he used to allegedly stab the victim.

The suspect was later arrested and will appear in court soon.
