Roman’s Pizza scoops up award

JOHANNESBURG – Roman’s Pizza is crowned as the Brand Builder of the Year.

The Brand Builder of the Year award recognises a brand by its popularity with the public through its marketing and advertising campaigns.

Bonnie Cooper, chief marketing officer of Roman’s Pizza stated that she was very happy and excited to know that their hard work as a brand had paid off with recognition at the Franchise Association of South Africa’s (FASA) 2016 Awards.

“We aim to ensure that the public gets value for their money and not only has our growth as a brand proved that we have achieved this, so does this great award,” said Cooper.

“The accolade is a testament to the brand’s consistent focus on delivering a top quality experience at every touch point of our business.”

Roman’s Pizza has some of the busiest pizzerias in the country, proving that not only is it a popular spot to grab a bite to eat, without breaking the bank, but that the customers love the product, especially within areas such as Daveyton and the Joburg CBD.

Cooper stated that the award was made possible by listening to the needs of the consumer and having great value offerings. “Customer service is an area that we continuously work on improving, but just by acknowledging that there is room for improvement is a step in the right direction. Our great quality food is due to consistently monitoring our suppliers and ensuring that we are on top of our game from an operations perspective.”

Roman’s Pizza stores are opening doors across the country on almost a weekly basis and have a strategy to roll the brand across the African continent.

“We are working on expansion on a daily basis and will have new stores continuously opening throughout the year,” an excited Cooper explained.
