According to City of Johannesburg’s director of customer communications, Kgamanyane Maphologela, the centre closed its Fredman Drive doors and opened its new office in a bid to make a more customer-friendly and spacious environment for its clients.
Maphologela said the move was necessitated by a significant growth in the last few years of customers which visit the centre in the region.
“Our new office space … is 50 percent larger and offers a more efficient layout. This will assist us to better serve our customers,” added Maphologela.
