UPDATE: According to spokesperson for Transnet, Sandile Sinelane, the building has been declared safe by the SAPS bomb scare unit.
It is unknown at this stage who made the call about the bomb scare at this stage.

INITIAL REPORT: According to reports published by our sister publication, the Northcliff Melville Times, police are currently combing through The Inyanda House in Parktown following a bomb scare.
Sandile Sinelane, spokesperson for Transnet, which operates from the building, told the Northcliff Melville Times that he was told that there was a bomb scare and the staff have been evacuated.
