Melville Koppies

Emmarentia Dam is not only famous for its relaxing waters and exciting concert venue, but also for the large park. It is particularly popular with dog walkers, cyclists and runners. The rolling scenic hills are the perfect place to take a stroll and enjoy the sunshine, and with all that space, you just need the time to roam the park and build up a sweat.

The Wilds
The Wilds is one of the oldest parks in the city. The park is filled with indigenous plants and from the top, visitors can take in the view of the buildings of Hillbrow or the skyscrapers in Sandton. The park makes for the perfect running or hiking spot, plus there are security guards on patrol to ensure your safety at all times.
