Innovative ServiceIQ app launched

JOBURG – Aimed at enabling an ongoing connection between service providers and clients in various sectors, Zartner Technology recently launched their ServiceIQ mobile application.

The launch took place on 15 October and saw a host of renowned businesses and professionals converge in Sandton for the launch of the unique application. Hosted at Regenesys Business School, the launch featured guests such as Katlego Mabusela of Kaya FM, and Mohale Ralebitso, chief executive officer of Black Business Council, who was the keynote speaker.

Khashane Motloutsi, co-founder of Zartner Technology and ServiceIQ service manager, explained the purpose the application would serve for customers and clients. “ServiceIQ will aim to improve services and enable continuous connection between service providers and clients in sectors such as the health, accommodation, hospitality, travel and professional services sector,” he said.

“[It will also aim] to allow for more effective engagement between service providers and clients, using instant messaging as the main communication technology.”

Motloutsi further explained the purpose behind developing the app, saying it was because of the realisation that traditional means of connecting service providers and customers were no longer effective, with many service providers wanting to implement information technology solutions.

To this end, Zartner exploited this gap by providing an app that would allow service providers to focus on their business while getting value from the technological services provided by ServiceIQ.

“Through the request-based model, clients will be able to create service requests that will be sent to numerous service providers who will then be able to expose their availability to the client,” he said.

Service providers interested in obtaining the app need to register on the company’s website to acquire the application while, for customers, the application is available for download at the Google Play Store from 22 October.

Zartner Technology is a 100 percent black-owned IT consulting and Technology Services Company founded in 2012, with a focus of delivering custom software solutions to customers throughout Africa.
