The Nivea Care Bus recently visited the Alexandra taxi rank where consumers were invited to choose a product from Nivea.
After selecting the product, they then sat down at one of the iPad stations in the bus where they were assisted to log into their personal Facebook page to make a promise to care about someone else.
Those who made a care promise were rewarded with a R10 voucher sent to their phone to redeem in-store.
Manchebeleng Mawasha from Hot Stuff Marketing said, “It is a good initiative in terms of showing care to someone else, because once you carry that Nivea product you are going to think of the promise you made.”
The people who made a promise each received an e-mail confirming their promises and were asked to share pictures online of how they cared for someone else.
