The Estate Agency Affairs Board is recruiting youth of all races under the age of 35 to apply for opportunities in the real estate sector.

Successful applicants will be trained to become property practitioners, previously known as estate agents. The objective is to encourage students to participate in the field of property business and also to further their careers in the real estate sector and qualify as a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE).

After obtaining the PPRE qualification, they can then consider becoming business owners of their own estate agency enterprises. If they still want to study further, they can proceed to obtain a further qualification to become a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE).

The programme is open to matriculants, FET college graduates, university and university of technology graduates, as well as persons with disabilities.

Those wishing to take advantage of this programme are advised to apply online at www.eaab.org.za or e-mail onelearner@eaab.org.za

Aspiring candidates are urged to submit their South African ID book and a copy of their curriculum vitae, a copy of their matric certificate and proof of residence.
