ALEXANDRA - Four children from Alexandra are seeking the help of the community to locate their parents whose whereabouts are unknown.

The children are being assisted by the Alexandra cluster of the Social Development Department which seeks to foster the children if they cannot locate their parents.

Six-year-old Lwandile Mzamo is looking for both her mother Amanda Ndebele and father Xolani Mzamo. Both parents’ whereabouts are unknown but they are believed to have lived in Alexandra at some stage.

Millicent (16) and Sharon Muvhumbe (13) are looking for their father William Muvhumbe, believed to have lived in Alexandra. But his current place of abode is unknown. Their mother, Danisa Muvhumbe has passed away.

Five-year-old Thabang Khambule, whose mother Thabarira Violet Khambule has passed away, is looking for his or her father, Tebogo Kgabane, whose whereabouts is unknown. He is believed to have stayed in Alexandra.

Four-year-old Didintle Matutle, whose late mother was Treanice Moipone Matutle, is seeking his or her unknown father who is believed to have lived in Alexandra.

The department is calling on community members who might have information that can help the children locate their parents to come forward.
