Chantel Neo Rahlagane, born on 13 November 2003 is looking for her father, Thomas Baloyi believed to be residing in Alexandra. Chantel’s late mother, Nkokoane Maureen Rahlagane, died on 23 January 2008. Contact social worker Tinyiko Mantsho on 011 355 9327.
