Alexandra’s mecca of entertainment, The Hub Presents, has once again delivered its promise to provide first-class entertainment to the people of Alex.
On 17 March, The Hub Presents together with the Reunion Fellas treated locals to the township’s first-ever food festival.

Many flocked to the entertainment venue along the Jukskei River to indulge in the mouth-watering delicacies available. It was a family affair as some parents showed up with their little ones to join in on the fun.
One of the organisers of the Alex Food Festival, Andile Khumalo, said they wanted to create something different for the people. “We usually go to cook-outs as friends and we wanted to create something of this nature for the people.”
Apart from the delicious food, entertainment was also provided.
Because the flagship Alex Food Festival was so successful, Khumalo said they are planning to host it every two months.
