Brightwater brings the Boo! this Halloween

Brush the Dracula teeth, stock up on the fake blood and prepare for the most spooktacular event in town this Halloween.

For 15 years The Brightwater Commons has been the hottest Halloween host around and marking the 15th Halloween at Brightwater this year, fans of all things scary are in for a treat (and some tricks).

One of the biggest highlights each year are the costumes  ghosts, witches, pirates, devils and much more arrive all made up each year.

Really scary looking creatures that catch the eyeballs of the judges even stand in line to win some great prizes.

So get that outfit ready and tip toe of to Brightwater on 31 October from 4pm-9pm and prepare for Halloween Fun  like no other

The spine chilling line up for this year Halloween at The Brightwater Commons promises to entertain the whole family.

Together with the fancy dress competition, Trick or Treating a visit to the House of Horrors and entertainment from internationally acclaimed illusionist, Ryan Sharp are all on offer.

Trick or Treating will take place from 4pm right trough to 8pm providing some time to get those baskets filled.

For the younger ones Jumping castles and peddle cars will be open to enjoy near the Sheet Street store throughout.

For the daring and brave the doors of the House of Horror situated in the Promotions Court will open at 5pm and close at 8pm. Entry fee R10.00

Fancy dress judging will take place from 4.30pm to 6pm and will include the following:

4.30pm – 5pm Pre-Primary judging

5pm – 5.30pm Primary judging

5.30pm – 6pm High School and Adults judging

The magic begins just before sunset when Creep Bones Magic Show kicks off at 6pm to 6.30pm.

The 5th Annual Toomie Awards will take place from 7pm to 8pm to announce the winners of the fancy dress competition.

The night line will conclude on a daunting yet spectacular note when Ryan Sharp takes centre stage to bring spectators a world class Illusion Show.

Please be aware that during the event the centre does tend to experience parking challenges. Management’s suggestion is for patrons to consider carpooling to ease the congestion on the night and contribute to a positive experience.

Entry Fee R40.00 per car, R20.00 per pedestrian.
