Media guests invited to annual Sony Upfront launch party
JOBURG - Media guests received the opportunity to see Sony Max and Sony Channel's new look and were given snippets of the new shows added to respective channels at the Sony Upfront 2016 launch party.
Media guests were invited to Sony Max and Sony Channel’s annual Sony Upfront launch party on 7 April at Katy’s Palace Bar.
The channel’s representatives took the opportunity to announce which shows would be added to their channels, Sony Channel 127 and 128 on DStv respectively.
Guests got the opportunity to see both channels’ new look and were given snippets of the new shows added. Some new and old shows that air on Sony Max will comprise Fear Factor, Southern Justice, Most Daring, Barter Kings, Bondi Ink Tattoo Crew, Bikini Barbershop, Impractical Jokers, Bikini Beach, Cash Dome, What Went Down and Baywatch.
Shows that air on Sony Channel are GoogleBox, The Amazing Race, I Survived, Body of Proof, Royal Pains, CSI, A Different World, Scrubs, NCSI, Dr Feelgood and Death Row Doctors.
The entertainment for the evening was from renowned band, Prime Circle.
