The case against Sindisiwe Precious Manqele, who is accused of killing hip-hop star Nkululeko ‘Flabba’ Habedi from Alexandra, was recently postponed at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.
Manqele, a Tembisa resident who is currently out on R10 000 bail, arrived at court with her face covered by a black and white scarf.
Acting Judge Solly Sithole said there was no space in the court at the moment for the case, hence the postponement, and said he hoped that on 7 September when the case resumes for hearing, there will be space in the courthouse.
Siphile Vilakazi from Buthelezi Vilakazi Attorneys confirmed that the defence is ready for the case.
