Many are asking this million-dollar question in Alexandra following the filth and stench outside and on the doorsteps of the courts.

One of those asking this question is the spokesperson of the Alex Water and Sanitation Forum Thabo Mopasi, who sent the paper horrible videos depicting the conditions outside the seat of justice in the township.
Can the City of Johannesburg wake up to the realities under which the community of Alexandra live in? The courts are not the only victims of this despicable state of affairs as this obtains all over the township, he said.
