Suspects make off with delivery parcels from delivery van

A delivery driver was once again robbed in Alexandra on February 10 at about 13:00.

The complainant told  Alexandra police detectives that he was driving along Oyster Laan using a company delivery vehicle registration number KF17KDGP about to deliver parcels to a client when he was approached by three men who pointed a firearm at him.

“The suspects proceeded to the back of the van which was not locked and took two parcels and vanished into thin air. The suspects are unknown and the complainant cannot identify the suspects. The worth of the parcels is unknown,” said Alexandra Police Station’s Sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha.
