Sibambisene not only fed 600 children with a balanced meal at Ext 8 and Redcross at 1st Avenue, but they also donated 70 blankets to the elderly around Alex. “We also handed out 300 sanitary pads to younger girls who can’t afford it. We are also campaigning to save a girl life and we are against the killing of women and children,” said Linda Mbatha, the secretary-general of Sibambisene. “We still going to donate sanitary pads at different schools in Alexandra and Tembisa townships.”
