Stage 2 load-shedding to take place from 2pm
JOBURG – Eskom urges customers to use power sparingly as the power system is severely constrained.
Eskom has announced that load-shedding will move from Stage 1 to Stage 2 from 2pm until 10pm on Wednesday, 15 July.
“Please note that the power system is severely constrained as demand is constantly increasing. We are currently 2 000MW higher than yesterday,” said Eskom spokesperson, Sikonathi Mantshantsha.

“Please switch off electric heaters, geysers, pool pumps and other non-essential appliances,” he urged.
