Local racers take on F1 drivers
Kelvin and Sheldon van der Linde takes on the likes of Max Verstappen and Lando Norris on an online racing simulation series.
As part of Team Redline’s ‘Real Racers Never Quit’ series, local motorsport fans can head over to the online live streams or Youtube channels to see South African drivers Sheldon and Kelvin van der Linde take on the likes of formula one drivers, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris. In the second round of the online simulation racing series, Max Verstappen managed to win both races in GTE specification vehicles.
While Max Verstappen was already the championship leader at the start of the series, he was closely followed by Kelvin van der Linde. Both Max and Kelvin each won a race in the opening round of the series. The star-studded online racing series is set to take centre stage during the lockdowns implemented worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
