Premier Soccer League’s legendary photographer dies

The Premier Soccer League has conveyed its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues in the media following the death of the league’s chief photographer Christopher Nthodi.

The Premier Soccer League and the sports media fraternity and lovers of the beautiful are mourning the passing of legendary photographer Christopher Nthodi.

Nthodi (60), better known in the sports media circles as ‘Pastori or Rangwane’, was the league’s chief photographer for many decades and passed away on the morning of December 3 after a long illness spanning well over five years.

The leagues’ spokesperson Fhatuwani Mpfuni expressed their deepest condolences to the family of Nthodi and those associated with him and his colleagues in the sports media circles.

“The league sends its heartfelt condolences to Nthodi’s family, his friends and the football community at large. May his soul repose peacefully,” Mpfuni said.
