Police investigate a murder case after man found lying on the ground in Tsutsumani
ALEXANDRA – According to Alex police spokesperson Sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha, the deceased unknown male was found lying on the ground dead at Lenin street Extension 7 Tsutsumane.
Alexandra detectives are investigating a murder case that occurred on 5 September at about 12.30am on Lenin Street in Ext 7 Tsutsumani.
According to Alex police spokesperson Sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha, the deceased man who has not been identified was found lying on the ground.
“The deceased is believed to have been struck with an unknown object on the head as he was bleeding from both ears when detectives arrived at the scene,” said Mbatha.
He added that the man was certified dead when paramedics arrived at the scene. A murder case was opened and an investigation is underway.
